Q. How do I know my item will fit?

A. We take extreme care while measuring each and every item for you. All measurements are taken with the garment lying naturally on a flat surface without stretching or pulling the fabric unless otherwise noted. We clearly state the exact measurements of the item in every listing.....and the exact measurements are what you need to go by. Tag sizes and size charts are irrelevant because they vary drastically from maker to maker and thus are highly unreliable. If you have any questions on how to determine your size, please ask before purchase.

Q. Do you accept exchanges or returns?

A. Yes, we do accept exchanges or a store credit, whichever you prefer. However are not able to accept returns at this time. Please take care to read & follow the policies below:

You must contact us and obtain a exchange authorization # within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). And provided only if: (you as the buyer wish to take care of all shipping charges, obtain written email authorization from us along with an exchange # to write on the front of your package, the item is in the same new with tags condition, purchase delivery confirmation on the item for exchange and send it back within 7 business days of original reciept, and pay a reinvoice to your paypal account of new shipping charges listed on that items page to be able to reship your new item.) we will exchange all day long until you find your perfect fit.

Q. How much is shipping for my item?

A. Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the item you wish to purchase. Add your item to your cart, submit your address when prompted and shipping charges will be displayed automatically.

Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. Yes, we do combine shipping. Each item is assigned a weight and based on how much your items weigh together your shipping charges will display automatically in your cart.

Q. Do you combine shipping worldwide?

A. Yes, we do combine shipping worldwide. However, since shipping rates vary from location to location, just leave us an email along with your address so we can calculate shipping charges based on current Usps guidelines provided to us. We will be fair or you don't have to pay, Period.

Q. Do you take any other forms of payment?

A. Yes. Although We believe in over 4 years of doing business online that paypal is the safest way for our customers and wish that all credit processing was as safe, (most online stores keep your credit card information in the store owners and/or their employee's hands and store it in their files for others to possibly see or use. With paypal we never see your information, in fact, we link you at checkout to your paypal account so you know only you will see it. that is why we are willing to pay the 2.9% they charge us to accept your online payment.) We also accept the following additional methods of payment: 1. U.S. Money orders from the United States Postal Service paid to the order of the owner Christina May and sent to P.O. Box 624 Plymouth, IN 46563. Just put your items in the cart as normal and checkout, adding a note at checkout saying you will be paying by money order. When it takes you to paypal to make the instant payment, just close the window and continue payment through the mail. All money orders will need to be sent within 3 days of purchase. We will hold your Unpaid purchase invoice in our systems and apply the money order when it arrives and we will then send you an email notice that your item is being shipped. 2. Lay-a-way is also available up to $100.00 Here is how that works: All payments and deposits are non-refundable simply because of buyers remorse we usually encounter half way through the transaction. Add the items you want in your cart and proceed to checkout. Leave us a note at checkout saying you would like to pay with lay-a-way. and how you will pay the 10% payment by paypal or money order (If you choose paypal we will invoice you the 10% to hold your items, and that will need to be paid within 3 days to hold your order. And you will have 3 days to send in your 10 % payment by money order.) 50% of the remaining balence will be due in 30 days and the final 50% of the remaining balance due in 30 days. There are no extra charges for using this service. Also, there is no penalty for paying your item off early (If you do, please email/mail us to watch for and apply your payment to your order) All items will be shipped once they are paid for in full.
